Snoopy by Flos design by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1967 is a direct light lamp with a painted metal reflector and white marble base. The shapes recall the appearance of the hound dog, protagonist of the comic strips by Charles M. Schulz, but in addition to the design, there is more: the technological aspect.

In fact, the marble base houses the on / off switch and the transistor regulator for the intensity of the light controlled by a small rotary knob, now replaced with a technological touch dimmer sensor. In 2021 Snoopy becomes Orange: the orange diffuser combines perfectly with the marble base. And the story continues ...
