Return Policy - right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, for any reason within this timeframe. In order to comply with the withdrawal period just send the notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal yuo shall send a declaration of withdrawal by filling in the attached form. The declaration shall be sent to Arredamenti Camilletti Srl following one of these modalities:
by mail to the address Arredamenti Camilletti Srl, via Crocifisso 41/A, 60041 Sassoferrato (AN);
by fax to the number +39 0732 970399;
by email to info@arredamenticamilletti.it.
In case of withdrawal from the contract any payment made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the less expensive standard one offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from when you notified us your decision to terminate this agreement.
Such refunds will be made by using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, at no additional cost.
How to return
You have to send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address:

within 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notification.
Please, remember that you have to pay the costs of returning the goods to Allmyhome. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition.
The 14-day “cooling off” period does not apply to goods which are clearly personalised or made to your specifications or goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
